Here, perfectly ripe fruit is transformed into a unique wine, vintage after vintage…
Every one of our vintages has its own distinctive character that comes from harvesting perfectly ripe grapes and adapting the fermentation to the personality of each vat.
The key to this long process is ageing, which requires our full attention. Twelve months later, the vintage finally reveals its unique character.

The 2018 vintage: Dark in colour, the nose is very intense, nicely smoky. The wine is ambitious with a nice ageing and elegance. A favorite!
The 2022 Château Beauvillage presents aromas of peony, violet and blackcurrant as well as a clay note. The palate is juicy, fresh and perfectly balanced in the framework of classic Medocs, with a grip on the finish – a real success!
The 2015 Beauvillage has a clean and well-defined bouquet with graphite-tinged black fruit, a dab of blueberry. The palate is medium-bodied with chewy tannin, bright redcurrant and cranberry notes with a nicely structured, classically styled finish that is Médoc through and through. Very fine.
The bouquet of Château Beauvillage 2021 is filigree and subtle. It reveals different facets through nuances of graphite, eucalyptus and elderberry. Invitingly fruity, the wine’s tannins hold up well, in common with the acid structure. A great success
The 2019 vintage: A big red from here with lots of blackberries and blueberries and chocolate undertones. It’s full and flavorful. Solid structure.
This 2023 Château Beauvillage is supple and light, well defined and harmonious. It is truly delicious to drink and should be an approachable wine when bottled. I like the raspberry, red cherry and cranberry all very clean, with lovely acidity and a mineral bite on the finish.

FOOD & WINE MATCHES
Believe it or not, it is possible to serve the same wine throughout a dinner. The roles simply need to be reversed: It is no longer a question of adapting the wine to suit the menu – quite the contrary!
The smoothness and roundness of Château Beauvillage goes beautifully with a melt-in-the-mouth starter, such as panfried foie gras. Barrel ageing, meanwhile, lends the wines toasty oak aromas, perfectly suited to barbecued or grilled rib of beef, while the wine’s powerful tannins are ideal with mature soft cheeses, followed by a very dark chocolate dessert.
